By commissioning or purchasing from Ashrin Studio, you agree to the terms below.

Payment

Full payment is required after we have discussed and agreed every detail and before work begins.
Payment is accepted through PayPal or card once the relevant payment method is available at checkout.

Partial refunds may be offered for damage that occurred during delivery.
A damage refund cannot exceed 60% of the model price. Clear parcel and item photos are required before any decision is made.

I am a developing custom artist, so small preparation or painting imperfections may be present; I am still learning and improving.
I send work-in-progress images during the process, and you may request photographs of specific details.
A custom normally takes around 1.5–2 months, depending on complexity and the number of active commissions.

All parcels are shipped from the United Kingdom.
The buyer is responsible for checking and paying any customs duties or import taxes in their country.
The full item value is declared. This may increase shipping or import costs, but is necessary for an insurance claim if a parcel is lost.
Postal investigations can take several months. When required, the buyer may also need to open or support a claim with their local postal service.

My resin models may be customised and altered, but an altered version must not be used to produce a new mould, cast or commercial derivative.
Credit when sharing Ashrin Studio customs or resins is appreciated, although not required.
Scanning, copying, moulding or casting my sculptures is prohibited unless a written licence explicitly grants that right.
Ashrin Studio retains copyright to the artwork unless a written full-rights transfer agreement states otherwise.
