3D3D prints & resin casts
- Keep away from direct sunlight, heaters and extreme temperature changes.
- Do not clean with alcohol, oils, solvents, household products or treated cloths. Use a clean, very soft dry brush to remove dust.
- Support the body when moving the model and avoid pressure on thin legs, ears, tails and accessories.
- If a print develops a strong resin smell or liquid resin appears, isolate it safely and contact me immediately with clear photos or video. I will speak with the printing studio and arrange a replacement if the model is defective.
- Small seams or occasional surface bubbles may occur on hand-cast resin pieces; anything materially affecting the model should be reported.
CustomPainted customs
- Display away from direct sunlight and damp or humid areas to protect colour and varnish.
- Never use wet wipes, alcohol, oils, polish or cleaning sprays. Dust lightly with a very soft dry brush.
- Take extra care when photographing outdoors. Although sealed with varnish, a custom is not a toy and should not be placed on hard, rough or dirty surfaces that could scratch or chip the paint.
- Hold the model by strong body areas, not delicate ears, legs, mane, tail or added details.
- Avoid repeated bare-hand handling. Natural skin oils can build up on the surface over time, so use clean cotton or nitrile gloves whenever practical.
- Each model page lists its exact materials.
